ID Theft

If you believe you are the victim of Identity Theft or know that your identity has been stolen, be sure you report it at once.
After you report to your local law enforcement agency, you should contact the following agencies to report the theft as well.

Sexual Assault

The first thing to remember is it's not your fault. Contact loacal law enforcement immediately to report sexual assault and to obtain information you may need.

Stalking

If you believe that you are the victim of stalking, report it to local law enforcement immediately and contact the Whitley County Clerk's office for information on a protective order.

Homeland Security Victim Notification Program

Homeland Security Victim Notification Program is a program which allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. Victims and witnesses are required to register with this agency in order to receive notification of a criminal alien's release. to do so please click on the link below.
